该职位需接受出差,常驻地可选:成都,苏州,长沙 1. Responsible for the deployment, installation, ram-up, maintenance and training of the multi solution at the customer site. 负责SWAT的设备在客户现场的部署,安装,调试,维护和培训等相关工作。 2. Response to software and hardware system failures, or customer tailored needs,provide technical support through remote or on-site methods 针对解决方案中可能出现的软件硬件系统故障,或者客户定制化需求,通过远程或现场方式提供技术支持服务。 3. Establish and maintain good customer relationships and complete work process reports 建立并维护良好的客户关系,完成工作流程报告。 4. Proactively responds to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers' business. 积极回应潜在的设备问题,防止意外中断客户的业务。 5. Manage toolset/documentation/spare parts in order 有序管理相关工具、文件、备件。 6. Technical analysis of customer returned parts, identification of root cause and definition of corrective actions by close cooperation with manufacturing, R&D, Sales and Logistics etc. 通过与制造、研发、销售和物流等部门的密切合作,对退回的零部件进行技术分析,找出根本原因并确定纠正措施。 7.
