工作职责:
Identify and understand customer quality requirements with regards to products and process, especially for CC/SC.
识别，理解客户的质量标准，要求，并将其转化成内部产品和流程的控制方法。
Support NPI project and track findings about FAI/EVT from customer and follow up improvement actions.
新产品导入时，负责物料FAI和产品EVT过程中的问题点追踪和改善。
Handle customer complaint (both internal and external) - Error analysis, complaint reports, 8D report and follow-up actions.
负责客户（内部和外部）投诉的分析，投诉分析报告，8D报告和改善措施的跟踪。
Handle RMA process including failure analysis for returns and track the orders to close in ERP.
负责退货，返工流程的分析，处理，跟踪直至关闭。
Work with team to create and regularly maintain FMEA to identify the risks of new product launch based on flow chart and customer requirements.
根据客户要求和生产流程图，与团队一起编写PFMEA，识别过程中的潜在失效模式。
Create and regularly maintain quality plan throughout the whole production flow to assure process and product quality.
制定并定期维护贯穿整个生产流程的质量计划，以确保过程和产品质量。
Implement internal FAI/EVT and prepare related documentation to ensure the products and process meet customer requirements.
实施内部FAI/EVT并准备相关文件，确保产品和过程满足客户要求。
Create in-process and out-going inspection plan and train the inspectors.
编写过程和出货检验方案，并培训检验人员。
Plan and implement internal product and process audits. Support external audits as customer audits, certification audits and inspections. Follow up improvement actions for findings of audits.
制定和主导内部产品审核计划和实施，协助客户审核，体系审核，改善措施的跟踪处理。
Handle nonconforming or suspect parts and CAPA process, lead the concession process.
主导不合格品的处理，让步接收，制定纠正和预防措施。
Create incoming inspection plan for drawing parts and train the inspectors.
制定机构件来料检验方案，培训检验员。
Involve ECN with regards to quality impact on product and process.
参与工程变更的导入。
Regular 6S checking for workshop, support daily IPQC process audit and drive improving.
定期检查车间，实验室6S，推动改善。
Other assignments by Manager.

任职资格:
Bachelor Degree or above, major in Electronics/mechanical Engineering or related technical area;
5 years’+ experience as quality control engineer in mechanical/electronic manufacturing companies.
Familiar with quality tools as APQP, PPAP, MSA, PFMEA, SPC, problem solving tools as 8D, Ishikawa, 5Why, and ISO quality management system.
Independent working, pressure taking, team player. Excellent communication and problem solving skill Familiar with ERP, MES.
Fluent English is must.
