Role Overview: This role will work in collaboration with the HR team of China manufacturing site to achieve HR operational excellence. This role will provide support on employee life cycle management, talent acquisition, compensation and benefit, performance management, learning and development, employee relations and communications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Independently handle end to end recruitment processes from internal job requisition, job position, sourcing, interview and recruiting vendor management. 2.Be responsible for employee life cycle management including pre-onboarding, onboarding, internal transfer, offboarding processes, etc. Assist C&B operations that manage monthly attendance and payroll calculation. 3.Serve as HR partner to support the execution of the annual HR objectives like annual goal setting, performance management, annual salary adjustment, IDP and talent review. 4.Manage the training & development activities, conduct the internal training e.g. new employee orientation, lunch & learn in accordance with requirements. 5.Fully involve in employee engagement activities, build various communication channels to hear employee voice and enhance employee experience. 6.Be the super user to manage HR digitalization platform. 7.Develop local HR policies and procedures in align with local labor laws and global practices. 8.Lead or assist HR projects from local or global. 9.Be responsible for QMS HR related documentation draft and release. 10.Assist and manage any other ad-hoc duties/projects assigned from time to time.
Requirements: Bachelor Degree and above, 5-10 years of HR generalist or business partner experience in MNC Expertise in recruiting or talent development function Basic knowledge in C&B function Experience in life science industry is preferred Familiarity with GMP and quality management system is preferred Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, detail-oriented
