岗位描述: 61Manage and implement personnel policies in alignment with Brose/Dong Feng guidelines 61Be responsible for the whole recruitment process of employees, support the departments for integration of new employees. 61Responsible for performancce and talent development process.Identify and develop talents in line with business development need. Design and support the development program for talents/key players.Manage training procedures, determine general training plan and ensure implementation of training. 61Be responsible for setting up C&B framework and02strategy, define employees’ salary development together with the department manager according to company strategy. (incl. obtaining surveys of the external market). 61Be responsible for personnel planning in cooperation with the management and according to bussiness plan and budget, provide monthly report on specified HR figures to controlling and central function; 61Organize internal company events and team building activities. Coordinates company social events and public relationships related to human resources affairs. 61Consult/aid department managers in all applicable personnel matters. 61Control budget of dept. cost center. 61Support Admin mgr on administrative affairs, e.g. management of canteen, travel management, ordering and distribution of working cloth, and etc. 61Conceptual administration and realization of personnel policies (Standard labor contract, Employee Handbook, compensation and benefits for employees, wages for worker, travel policy, pool car policy, etc.) 招聘要求: Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above, major in human resources management, business administration, etc. is preferred. Work experience: More than 8 years of human resources management work experience, including at least 3 years of team management experience. Candidates with cross-cultural work experience are preferred, and those familiar with Chinese-German cultural differences are even better. Professional skills: Be familiar with the work of various modules of human resources management, have solid professional knowledge and practical experience. Have good communication, coordination and team leadership skills, and be able to effectively solve complex interpersonal relationship problems. Be proficient in office software and have data analysis and report writing skills.
