As HR Specialist, your Responsibilities will be: 61 Recruitment and Staffing, and set up talent echelon according to department recruitment requirements. 61 Ensure timely hiring and recruitment in meet the requirements of all functional departments as per the manpower request. 61 Recruitment based on the rules changes, the manpower from the high cost city to the best cost city. 61 Optimize the employment structure , manage the outsourcing manpower systematic to keep the stability. 61 Follow business development needs, control recruitment and relative cost. 61 Regularly update organizational structure. 61 To manage the yearly PEP process for employees, make sure the assessors following the requirements from HQ, make the well use of PEP tool to manage employee performance. 61 To manage termination activities and make the turnover analyses. 61 Manage the Succession plan for key position & talents. 61 Make the key position & talents planning. 61 Make sure accuracy & updating of HR system and relevant HR reports. 61 Employee p-File, on boarding & offering process management. 61 Other duties as assigned by HR Manager.
