职位描述
1. Actively participate in & Support all functions with Continuous Improvement Program (WCM) & Digitization projects to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, flexibility, reliability and organization.
2. Able to think, plan, provide proposals & find solutions for continuous improvements.
3. Manage Training Plan and organize trainings & related activities effectively to support continuous improvements and organization development.
4. Manage HR related policy, rules, procedures and processes, ensure the full compliance, efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Monitor continuously the status of human resources & organization, update superior timely with issues, changes or risks: employee feedback, complaints, turnover, etc.
6. Operate/ process all kinds of HR systems independently.
7. Manage HR-related suppliers, including but not limited to: outsourcing worker suppliers, recruiting suppliers, etc.; Actively and effectively connect and cooperate with suppliers to ensure the legal compliance, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
8. Take effective actions to improve employee relationship, deal with labor disputes & related legal cases, provide positive proposals & find effective solutions whenever necessary.
9. Support Performance Review Management to ensure the effectiveness, always try to find effective solutions to improve performance.
10. Support with organization development, culture improvement, etc. Provide & implement new proposals and organize related activities.
11. Make full use of various recruitment resources/ channels to fulfill recruiting target efficiently and effectively.
12. Actively collaborate and support all departments with daily people management and continuous improvement projects & activities.
13. Other tasks as assigned.
- Provide professional, active HR support to Ariston Wuxi Plant, with comprehensive knowledge of HR management, organization improvement, Labor Law & Regulations.
- Work proactively, carefully, with self-driven style, high sense of confidentiality, teamwork spirits and integrity.
- Care for people, willing to support people development with positive & effective interpersonal skills.
- Work in decent & professional manner.
