职位描述 1. Be responsible for job posting (internal & external), sourcing, candidates profiles, selecting, interviewing, evaluating, offering, referral process and pre-employment activities 2. Build and maintain candidate database 3. Prepare recruiting and hiring reports 4. Organize and Execute campus recruitment (keeping professional relationships with college, university, and community college placement offices as a source) 5. Other tasks which line manager assigned
任职要求 1. Demonstrated solid recruiting ability is a must. 2. Pharmaceutical industry experience or related education background is preferred. 3. Good command of English is a must. 4. BS degree , at least 2 years Pharmaceutical industry recruiting experience 5. Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, diverse and growth-oriented environment. 6. Well organized with high attention to details and able to work under pressure 7. Self-motivated, positive.
