Organization & People Development - Make employee development plan with HR Manager and Business Partner based on designed organization. - To support positive labor relations through HR outreach to employees - Assist the HR Manager in the management of HR issues in line with business objectives.
Training - Define and collection for all yearly training needs - Follow and implement training plan, develop Training Program based on training demand
Recruitment - Be involved in defining recruitment regulation with D HR Manager, and manage the recruitment efficiency - Collect the candidates information, initially screen the candidates, and coordinate the interview - Collect information and prepare reports in line with HR policies for month-end figures and follow up indicators
Qualifications: - The ideal candidate will have/be: - Bachelor's degree - Minimum 3 years experience within a industrial environment - A good knowledge of employment law - Familiar with HR information as well as MS office - International mind set - Results orientation - Strong written and oral communications skills - Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
