Job Responsibilities 61 Independently initiate the recruitment processes for IDL and DL hiring requirements based on approved manpower requisition, participate and support other site IDL recruitment and projects by business needs. 61 Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals, etc. 61 Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications, can influence hiring manager by related talent marketing situations, and keep good cooperation with department. 61 Manage the hiring process, including negotiating offers and coordinating onboarding activities. 61 Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other partners.
