Job responsibilities: 61 Analyzes training and development needs for employees in collaboration with line managers and other HR professionals to ensure skill and capabilities of employees meet TE’s current and future needs. 61 Implement site’s training plan / programs, including promotions and communications, program structure, content, logistic arrangement, pre/post-learning follow-up, evaluation, quality, and continuous improvement. 61 Implement and follow up the overall plans of site required compliance trainings and ensure the overall process meet the requirement of internal / external audits. 61 Conducts training for new employee orientation and/or special positions. Facilitates learning activities as needed. 61 Manages resources and day-to-day relationships with relevant stakeholders to ensure the quality delivery of site’s training curriculums. 61 Collaborate and participate in the cross-sites / global L&D related initiatives and projects as required. 61 Support blue collar recruitment projects including recruitment channels development, candidates screening and interview, recruitment report update and etc. 61 Support in employee communication and co-ordinate local employee wellbeing activities or events. 61 Other HR projects and tasks assigned by supervisor. Requirements: 61 Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, at least 5+ years HR related experience, relevant industry background is preferred. 61 Good command of English reading and speaking skills. 61 Ability to excel in a fast paced, complex environment with great flexibility and “can do” attitude. 61 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to analyze complex issues and recommend and implement practical solutions. 61 Strong planning and organizing skills.
