Position Outline 61 Assist in providing effective training services for the facility through planning scheduling, monitoring etc. internal and external training programs. 61 Responsible for various recruiting activities. Assist with administering the job posting program, scheduling and conducting interviews, pre-employment medicals, conduct testing and be part of the decision-making process. 61 Prepare various plant notices and announcements and complete monthly corporate HR Stats report including headcount. Maintain org charts and assist in developing company newsletters. 61 Maintain employee personnel files, both manual and HRIS system files for hourly and salaried employees. 61 Maintain effective employee relations by providing counsel to employees on HR matters. 61 Administer benefits program including medical, dental, pension, 401k, etc. 61 Assist the HR Manager with other duties and projects as required. 61 Participate in health & safety and quality audit process. Qualifications 61 Bachelor’s degree required; 61 Proficiency in use of excel spreadsheets and use of excel macros. 61 Excellent written and verbal communication skills 61 Excellent Computer skills and English language skills. 61 Working knowledge of applicable employment legislation including HSE, etc. is a plus
