岗位职责: 1. Act as business partner to provide HR total solutions in line with HR strategy and branch business needs, including recruitment, performance management, C&B, HR operation services, training and employee development, talent management, employee relations etc 2. Work closely with branch business leaders to continuously improve employee engagement 3. Support branch business leaders on culture build-up and provide consultancy to business leaders 4. Per the business needs and internal customers needs, provide efficient and effective HR services 5.Ensure HR practice is in line with HR process and internal regulations, as well as labor law and regulations, positively give feedback to Home Office HR team and participate in HR projects 7. Submit required reports to Home Office HR timely 8.Other tasks assigned by line manager .
任职要求: 1. Bachelor degree in business administration, HR management, or related field 2. Minumum 5 years professional HR experience as business partner, with 3 years in a supervisory role 3. Passion and energetic 4. Customer focus and result oriented 5. Strong consultancy and influencing skills 6. Strong business acumen and innovative mind 7. Strong communication and interpersonal capability 8. Strong teamwork spirit
