1.Promote the company values, purpose, business strategies and goals throughout different kinds of activities 2.Enhance employee engagement by organizing activities such as annual party, sports games, festivals celebration etc. 3. Design different posters to promote company events 4. Promote People & Culture programs and events 5. Write news briefs and work with the HO communication team to post the important events from AFE in ATRIUM. 6. Be able to identify key talents with line managers, design and deliver the talent learning & development programs to business needs 7· Provide support in all aspects of employee relations 8· Collaborate with team members to complete the team goals 9· Ad-hoc assignments from People and Culture Director.
Requirements: . Bachelor’s degree . Minimum 8 years working experience in Human Resources function in multi- national companies, experience on Culture Cultivating / talent development / Employee relationship is preferred. . Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Video editing. . Fluent in both written and oral English. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. . Confident, self-motivated, independent, mature and integrity. . Strong team spirit and willing to work under pressure. · Provide support in all aspects of employee relations . Collaborate with team members to complete the team goals . Ad-hoc assignments from People and Culture Director.
