Acting as Plant HR Business Partner (HRBP), support the Human Resources Manager and work closely with the plant manager and department managers across all functions. Provide comprehensive HR activities to proactively support the business and add value in achieving its objectives.
1. Work closely with HR COE&HR SSC&HR TA to providing HR total solutions to support sustainable business growth, managing change for new challenges such as organization transformation, etc.… 2. Systematically competency management to meet business needs. 3. Execute talent development strategies, strengthening leadership/Expert pipelines and talent development plans. 4. Contribute to workforce planning, budgeting, and monitoring labor costs to improve productivity. 5. Promote company values, provide engaging working environment via different internal communication channels and activities. 6. Responsible for SIM cycle fully implementation in the whole plant and make sure its effective operation with business value as well as other items on SPS people domain. 7. Monitor KPIs including efficiency, OT, Turnover rate, Learning Index, DEI and Employee Engagement etc 8. Lead HR campaign deployment in plant: Salary Review/PR & CR/Talent Review… 9. Manage employee relations issues, managing labor relations and legal aspects for the company.
Profile 1. 0-3 years of working experience in HR related job in multinational company. 2. Having a whole picture of HR, and good people sense. Familiar with working process / functions of HR professional. 4. Self-motivated, passionate with great ownership and personal integrity. 5. Strong communication and presentation skills. 6. Fluent English in reading and speaking
