* Design and initiate local programs to foster and catalyze team integration and One OTIS China strategy. * Lead to implement HR process & people approaches as one point entry of people expertise. * Drive the implementation of organizational change initiatives on OT level. * Foster a positive working culture that promotes employee engagement and efficiency. * Oversee workforce planning and talent processes to ensure the organization has a sustainable talent pipeline, both internally and externally. * Utilize HR analytic tools to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improving HR strategies and processes. * Launch training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities. * Coach and provide feedback to business leaders and key talents to drive high performance. * Ensure compliance with labor laws & regulations, while mitigating risks on employee relations. * Assume other duties assigned by direct supervisor.

Qualification(Education, Woking Experience, P&L Exposure): * Bachelor’s degree or above, MBA preferred * 8+ years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
