Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration or related disciplines - 人力资源管理、工商管理或相关专业本科以上学历 - At least 5 years of HR experiences working in MNC with both C&B and recruiting function experience is preferred. Or, either solid pure C&B or recruiting background can be considered - 5年以上跨国公司人力资源工作经验,有薪酬和招聘工作经验者优先。或者,扎实的纯薪酬或招聘背景都可以考虑 - Demonstrated experience on working cross-functionally with good and clear communication - 具有良好的跨职能沟通经验 - Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel & PPT - 熟练使用Office办公软件,尤其是Excel和PPT - Strong oral and written communication skills with fluency in English - 良好的口头和书面沟通能力,英语流利 - Experience working in buying office or trading company is preferred - 有采购办公室或贸易公司工作经验者优先 - Open minded, trustworthy and easy approaching - 思想开明,值得信赖,容易接近 - Good time management to set priority under multi-tasks - 良好的时间管理能力,能够在多任务下设定优先级 - Careful and diligent, self-motivation, strong sense of responsibility - 认真勤奋,自我激励,责任心强
