Assist HR Manager to implement HR functional jobs related to recruitment, training, employment relationship,etc.
岗位概述:协助人力资源经理执行落实有关招聘、培训、员工关系等相关模块的工作。
Main Responsibilities:

1. According to company’s recruitment strategy, implement recruitment process such as job release, resume screening, interview conduction and offer communication.
根据公司招聘战略,完成招聘工作,如职位发布,简历筛选,面试组织及评估,offer发放等;
2. Implement yearly training plan and follow up the training results.
员工培训工作的组织和有效估评;
3. Participate in the planning, organization and execution of the company's human resources projects, as well as other work assigned by the human resources manager.
参与公司人力资源项目的策划、组织及执行,以及其他由人力资源经理交代的工作。
4. Assist Admin management.
协助进行部分行政事务的管理工作。
Requirements:
任职要求:
1. Bachelor degree and above, 3years working experience in HR field;
本科及以上学历,3年以上HR领域相关工作经验;
2. Familiar with at least 1 module among recruitment, training, employment relationship functions;
熟悉至少1个人力资源模块,如招聘、培训或员工关系;
3. Good communication and team work spirit.
良好的沟通和团队合作精神。
4. 英语听说读写良好,熟练使用常用办公软件。
Good at English Speaking and writing, familiar with office softwares.
