Responsibilities * Work with managers to handle employee lifecycle management to ensure consistent people experience and equip manager with abundant know-how on people topics. * Provide consultation on various topics, e.g. performance management, talent management, ER for multiple job families to support business success and organizational effectiveness. * Implement HR strategy according to defined framework, e.g. PLP, HF, culture. * Collaborate closely with CoE and provide feedback for HR policy/process design and application. * Act as key player in local project (when necessary) Requirements * Bachelor degree or above from reputable universities * At least 3 years of demonstrated success as HR generalist/consulting role, minimum 1 year at a MNC * Familiar with several HR major modules (recruiting working force planning, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations-a must) in previous experience * Project roll-out experience in HRIS or HR COE will be a plus * Solid HR professional knowledge and techniques * Effective communication and consultation skills * the organization's business model and organizational structure
