Job Description: Manage the whole process of on/off-boarding for local employees, LHF, expatriates, interns Cooperate with vendors to complete LHF immigration support Facilitate New Hire Orientation, and coordinate with training speakers Act as a training coordinator to support Training logistics Address employees’ inquires on people services, and act as the local contact for people services issues Support local employees’ Shanghai Hukou/residence permit application Manage all employment related documentation and Personal Files Provide different reports upon request Assist manager to implement HR Services related projects Other tasks assigned by manager
Skills and qualifications required: Bachelor’s degree or above, HR related major is preferred More than 2 years of HR/SSC working experience Fluent in English Good communication skill for service delivery Have knowledge in China labor law, mobility/relocation/immigration, familiar with Workday is preferred Quick learner, problem-solving skill, cross-functional collaboration skill Highly responsible for the work and sense of confidentiality Good team player with initiative, open-mined, positive attitude
