? You’ll be joining China team, reporting to China HR Manager.
Key Responsibility: ? Responsible for all aspects of employee full life cycle process, including but not limited to onboarding, transfer, exit process. ? Prepare employment contract, employment certificate, insurance enrollment, profile filing, medical check, Hukou, flexible working hour application etc. HR support. ? Cowork with HR service agency for social insurance, housing fund contributions in each city, conduct annual review in line with government requirement. ? Perform payroll maintenance with service providers in China, ensure accurate execution. ? Responsible for related HR & admin system maintenance, including attendance system, HRIS, PR, leave system etc. ? Support HR team for training, recruitment coordination, employee survey, C&B data analysis, employee activities, gift procurement etc. ? Other assignments by HR Manager.
Requirement ? Bachelor degree, preferable major in Business Administration, or relevant subjects. ? Fresh student, or 1 year working experience in HR or administrative is preferable. ? Good English, both written and oral. ? Good MS PC skills, familiar with Excel, Word, PPT etc. ? Open minded and good communication /coordination/ execution skill. ? Detail oriented, self-driven and strong can-do spirit ? Logical and good problem shooting ability, sense of continuous improvement, integrity and sense of confidentiality.
