Responsibilities
1. Deliver service in payroll, social security administration, IIT filing, timely and accurately.
2. Build working relationship with 3rd party payroll service providers (e.g. CIIC and FSG) and government authorities (Tax bureau).
3. Handle payroll system (Platinum) for monthly payroll cycle independently.
4. Maintain payroll reports to meet internal needs and audit requirements.
5. Handle employees’ and other departments’ inquiries related to payroll.
6. Support Finance internal payroll payment workflow to be more effective and efficient.
7. Other payroll related assignments and requirements.

Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degree or related education background.
2. Relevant experience for more than 7 years.
3. Good interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
4. Experience with Platinum system is preferred.
5. Knowledge of different regional practice in China is helpful.
6. Can work well under pressure, especially with stakeholders in different departments.
