岗位职责: - Efficiently respond to inbound Member servicing calls within a timely manner - Efficiently respond to inbound WeChat Member servicing platform within a three-hour turnaround - Efficiently respond to Member Servicing inbox – China within a three-hour turnaround - CWA new member report - IHC Private new member report - Japan new member report - Re-sale Private new member report - MS activity daily report - Member online booking report, make reservations for members and send confirmation. – Reservation report.
