Subsidiary) Role Purpose: To advise managers on all aspects of HR including recruiting, re-organization, performance management, resolution of disciplinary issues, communications, salary review, development and reward/incentive schemes as well as to provide advice to employees as required and organize specialist counselling. In this position you will be accountable for all HR support to at least one business area with at least 100 staff and you will be engaging and supporting Senior Leader in all HR matters. Top 5 main responsibilities: 61 Responsible for leading HR projects relating to the development and implementation of future policies 61 Control the attraction, recruitment (sourcing and selection) and on boarding process for all levels of positions graded in 15 and below (process owner) and operates independently 61 Consult with line management to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates 61 Assist line manager to understand and implement policies and procedures 61 Produce monthly headcount reports and recruitment status reports as required 61 Act on and implement global HR projects and global HR road map measures Additional responsibilities: 61 As an HR champion responsible for at least one specific task and responsibility such as labour law, selection diagnostics 61 Represent the company at recruitment fairs and congresses 61 Manage Human Resources System, ensuring the accuracy of input and ensuring updating personal filling system 61 Develop effective working relationships with executive search firms, placement and temp agencies 61 Manage disciplinary or redundancy situations successfully, attending formal hearings where appropriate 61 Ensure that bi-annual appraisal is done Interfaces: Internal: 61 Global Compensation & Benefits 61 Global HR Development 61 Payroll & Administration 61 HR Management Team Administration & Operations External: 61 Training providers, recruitment fairs, universities, agencies Professional: 61 2-4 years relevant experience as an HR Manager in an international and fast changing, change driven environments, involving experience in dealing with senior levels 61 University degree in HR Management (e.g. Master) or equivalent is required Specific skills & knowledge: 61 Working knowledge of applicable labour laws and regulations related to HR functions 61 Ability to work in a confidential and time-sensitive environment 61 Profound IT skills 61 Proficient skills in German and English Sophisticated knowledge of labour laws Competencies: 61 Planning & Organization 61 Results Orientation 61 Change Leadership 61 Interpersonal Sensitivity 61 Influence & Persuasion
