- Execute daily C&B operation including monthly payroll cycle running, payroll system maintenance, cooperate on employees’ social benefit and supplementary insurance management, ensure adherence to local regulations. - Act as the expert on C&B topics, provide advisory and consultative services to business leaders - Participate in development and implementation of C&B initiatives, prepare analysis, market survey, benchmarking and reports with the aim to partner with business on employee attraction and retention - Lead the annual salary review mechanism and process, ensure the competitiveness of pay positioning; - Provide analytical and administrational support (analytics, data analysis, etc.) to annual staff budget report / C&B projects. The projects / processes covers all aspects of C&B management to meet legislative changes. - Partner with other HR functions to develop the HR team’s capabilities and overall performance.
BASIC Technical Skills: - At least of 5 years of experience in operational HR payroll, minimum 2 years of experiences on C&B programs - Solid knowledge in payroll, tax and social security schemes management; Other traits we are looking for: - Agile, committed, strong sense of confidentiality and integrity, and reliable team player; - High team spirit & commitment; - Creative thinking & solution driven, ability to achieve goals through direct and indirect influence to senior management team;
