ABOUT THE JOB 61 Based on business needs and HR strategies, development, organize and execute various C&B related strategies/policies/procedures/programs to ensure the policy and procedure effectiveness and in compliance with legal requirements as well as external competitiveness and internal equity 61 Be responsible for C&B related project cycle, including salary review cycle, budget cycle, ect. to ensure all the project cycle can be run smoothly
WHAT YOU WILL DO 61 Responsible for advanced C&B policies and processes establishment & development to secure legal compliance & business oriented as well as talent development 61 Develop key operations such as budget setup & tracking, annual salary review implementation and variable pay innovation to ensure the accurate delivery timely 61 Monitor existing and new labor laws/rules/regulations to manage the personnel cost for different groups effectiveness 61 Cooperate with external consultant company for compensation & benefit survey and diverse analysis /benchmarking for proper guidance design about Reward strategy and execution especially for advanced operation introduction and implementation 61 Responsible for job analysis and evaluation, analyze compensation survey and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposal and budgets 61 Strengthen cross-team within HR and cross departmental communication for professional C&B philosophy promotion and cooperation 61 Regularly evaluate and optimize the compensation structure to adapt to business development and market changes 职位要求: OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE 61 Bachelor degree or above 61 Minimum of 4 years' relevant HR experience with and at least 3 years’ experience of C&B position in the company size more than 500 employees 61 Consulting firm experience is preferable 61 Solid C&B know-how 61 Grasp Job Evaluation / Job Matching methodology 61 Familiar with different variable pay schemes structure 61 Good understanding of HR policies and C&B practices in China 61 Good knowledge in China Labor Ordinance 61 Excellent logical and analytic skill 61 Well planning, effective communication & coordination with result-driven competency 61 Strong learning capability 61 Able to work under pressure with better adaptability
