61 The senior CRM executive is an individual contributor and will play a key role in CRM function by supporting online and offline channels in the development of building long-term customer relationship. This role should be energized by expertise in CRM and needs to have strong communication skills and initiative-driven spirit.
Major responsibilities:
61 Plan for a comprehensive client activation calendar, tracking client engagement and performance metrics.
61 Responsible for strategic client targeting of events, VIP gift and digital client activation to drive qualitative client engagement for both online and offline clients.
61 Responsible for CRM analysis on client development and leverage in-depth findings to optimize targeting strategy based on the deep understanding of our customers and store needs.
61 Work with cross-functional department on event management to drive event engagement and continuously optimize event engagement system for better user experience and client experience.
61 Design and handle day-to-day operations of CRM programs in terms of execution of client communication for activation & loyalty.
Requirements & Capabilities:
61 Bachelor’s Degree or above
61 5+ years of experience in luxury / fashion industry, specialized in CRM (Retail CRM), digital marketing/WeChat expertise and eCRM experience is preferred.
61 Strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams to organize multiple projects with great attention to details.
61 Strong sense of ownership and accountability, self-driven initiative and willing to learn and grow with the development and influence.
61 Fluent in oral and written English. Excellent writing, editing and proof-reading skills in both English and Mandarin is a plus.
