1. Work permit and resident permit application/renewal 2. Onboarding process support (name badges, backpack deliveries) 3. Compliance checks and completion of all p-files 4. Employment Certificate preparation and delivery (project-based, audits, ad-hoc requests, personal needs) 5. HCM system updates, maintenance, and reporting 6. Updating leaving records in the system, regular reporting, follow-ups on special cases 7. Non-payroll/benefits-related PR handling (PO receiving, recording, reporting, and regular reviews with HRM) 8. Employee communications support (holiday announcements, new hires, policy updates) 9. HR policy development project support, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations 10.Accurate and secure maintenance of employee records 11.Other ad-hoc support
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Economy, Business Administration, or related field 2. Less than 5 years of HR experience in multinational companies 3. Knowledgeable about labor laws and government policies 4. Proficient computer skills 5. Fluent in written and spoken English, CET-6 required 6. Strong communication skills, team player with customer service focus 7. Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks
