HUMAN RESOURCES 1. Manage payroll, social insurance, and tax by coordinating with HR vendors 2. Manage hiring, onboarding and offboarding 3. Calculate monthly commission payment 4. Prepare and update HR documentation and record 5. Update HR data and metrics and maintain data accuracy 6. Assist HR Manager with legal compliance and recommend best practices 7. Assist HR Manager in executing HR projects 8. Support HR Manager on performance management and employee relations 9. Provide HR support to remote staff outside Shanghai Office 10. Perform additional tasks assigned by HR Manager OFFICE ADMINISTRATION 1. Support HR Manager in daily office administration in the Shanghai office 2. Manage facility operations, procurement of supplies, and office equipment maintenance 3. Communicate with landlords for lease negotiations 4. Oversee facility maintenance and renovations of both office and warehouse 5. Maintain and update office property inventories 6. Assist the APAC IT Specialist with IT operations in China 7. Organize office and staff events as needed REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources operations within U.S. companies. 3. Strong background in HR operations 4. Experience with direct hiring processes 5. Comprehensive knowledge of Chinese employment laws and regulations 6. Result-driven and detail-oriented mindset 7. Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude 8. Team player who can also work independently 9. Proficient in multi-tasking, time management and prioritization 10. Highly skilled in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 11. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
