HR Support for Korea/Japan: 30% 61 Facilitate Korea statutory education system and ensure employee complete the course on time 61 Check net- pay &IIT receipt from HR vendors to cashier 61 Company chop application 61 Check and fill in required application form per local needs incl. RP application 61 Responsible for pension payment and applications
Hiring: 30% 61 Facilitate and monitor req applications approval status 61 Prepare recruitment materials& JD and post jobs to appropriate job board/channel etc 61 Sourcing and screening candidates 61 Conducting 1st interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Administration: 20% 61 Office administration purchasing incl stationery, payment for snacks, green plants , rental, coffee machine, ect 61 Office leasing contract management 61 Office maintenance and Vendor management with Landlord, for any office related payment, issue and submissions and paper works 61 Office Celebration and engagement events
REQUIREMENTS:
85 Bachelor’s degree is preferred 85 2-3 years’ HR generalist working experience 85 Proficient in listening, speaking, and writing in Korean is a must 85 Hands-on experience with recruiting software 85 Willing to grow with company 85 Result driven, good communication skills, inter-personal skills and complexity managing. 85 Fluent English will be preferred 85 Hands-on experience with recruiting software
