Responsibilities 61 Deliver standardized HR services and advice to support client departments' employees like onboarding, orientation and exit process. 61 Proficient in using WORKDAY system. 61 Fully responsible for recruitment, offer negotiation excepting top management level. 61 Maintain employee information, develop and deliver all kinds of HR reports. 61 Implementation of training plans, and provide necessary suggestions as needed. 61 Follow the Performance Management guidelines and policy from Medline and its implementation in functions. 61 Using C&B knowledge and experience to calculate the last month payment 61 Build and maintain good employee relations, handle inquiries and labor dispute properly. 61 Provide proactive front-line HR service to business to improve HR effectiveness and accountability. 61 Support to implement HR program initiatives and improve the employee engagement.
