Job Title: HR Assistant
Location: Shanghai

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
Assist in job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
86 Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
86 Support the recruitment team in screening resumes and applications.
86 Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
86 Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
86 Help in preparing recruitment reports and tracking metrics.
86 Assist with onboarding new hires and organizing orientation sessions.
86 Maintain and update the candidate database.
86 Participate in recruiting events and job fairs as needed.
86 Support daily training programs and training activities.

Training
Assist the team in organizing employee training and development programs to ensure continuous growth.
Coordinate and follow up on the implementation of training plans and gather employee feedback.

Onboarding
86 Help with new employee onboarding, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.

Others
86 Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
86 Provide support in the preparation of materials for the team's PRESENTATION work.
86 Maintain and support personnel related data maintenance.

Key Qualifications
86 Bachelor's degree or above.
86 Fluent in English.
86 Strong interest in recruitment and human resources.
86 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
86 Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
86 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
86 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
86 Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus but not required.
86 Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
