Responsibilities: -Provide high-quality and efficient payroll, social insurance, individual income tax (IIT), and benefits administration services for all employees to ensure process alignment and legal compliance. -Maintain close collaboration with Business HR to support employees' inquiries related to Compensation & Benefits. -Support policy design and execution, ensuring continuous improvement in optimizing processes and enhancing the employees’ experience. -Maintain positive relationships with cross-functional stakeholders including finance, internal audit, IDP, IT to address staff-related issues efficiently. -Participate in payroll-related projects and initiatives, including HRIS upgrades, HR SSC process streamlines, and policy harmonization. -Handle matters related to government departments independently
Requirements: -At least 5 years working experience in payroll and HRIS, HR SSC role is preferred -Be familiar with China labor laws and regulations and sensitive to the changes in local policies -Strong stress resistance, highly responsible, with excellent communication skills and team spirit. -Logical thinking and proficiency in data analysis/management -Experience in HR digital transformation or HR process streamlining projects is a plus. -Strong learning ability and proficiency in digital/AI tools are preferred
