Position Summary Work with HR team members to ensure HR smoothly operation. Provide implementation for employees compensation & benefit, performance management. Maintain competitive C&B system to the organization. Support Sr.HR manager to accomplish HR goals.
Principal Accountabilities -Inputting and checking of fixed and variable payroll data -Understand labor law and calculations, liaise with and ensure that correct payments, etc -Provide ongoing guidance and support during the year end compensation process for salary and bonus compensation review. -Ensure the promotion criteria are consistently understood and applied. -Provide meaningful market data through salary & benefit survey -Effectively communicate and interpret HR policies and practices. -Counsel employees and managers on performance related as well as employee relations issues. -Ensure annual performance management running effectively -Implement and support the company wide programs such as Employee Surveys and COBC confirmation etc for business clients in the region.
Minimum Requirements -Bachelor degree above -Excellent English and Chinese, both verbal and written -8+ years in HR experience, HR business partner background preferable -Good knowledge of labor law & related regulations, excellent communication are required for your success -Strong interpersonal skill, solid computer & analytical skills. -Candidate should be proactive in nature, assertive, persuasive and has outstanding attention to details
