Job Description Principal Accountabilities ● Assist Director in preparing agendas, high quality reports, presentations and other documents and communications for key stakeholders, including learning governance committees. ● Identify and apply content design, development and delivery best practices from around the organization and external sources and align role of global L&D in communicating & supporting best practices. ● Assess training needs and impact through surveys, interviews, focus groups, or consultation with managers, training practitioners, and HR Business Partners. ● Research high-quality, low cost content (i.e. MOOCs) and training methods and procedures to propose the most effective manner to meet specific learning needs. ● Obtain, maintain, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials, particularly for enterprise-wide initiatives. ● Partner with business units and HR functions to ensure consistency of training policies and procedures. ● Act as the central point of contact and maintain repository of external consultants and learning content providers. ● Support training logistics as needed, such as scheduling venue, participant registrations, coordinating catering, training materials, etc. ● Develop self, and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times to provide thought leadership in the field of Learning & Development.

Experience / Education Typically requires a 4 year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
