ABOUT YOUR ROLE 职位描述 As the role of HR representative at Shenzhen site and HR projects in China, responsible for the whole HR functions to support business on organization & talent development, C&B, performance management and so on with various HR tools and experience and knowledge. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE 工作职责: - Defines, recommends and implements employee communication strategies, plans, policies and guidelines in accordance with company’s business objectives, in order to sustain company’s culture and enhance employees’ engagement - Help the business unit leader to provide employees with development opportunities and ensure that they are able to meet current and future performance standards - Develops, improves and implements various people development tools to motivate employees by defining their development and career path - Support line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the function/business strategy - Provide expert advice and coaching to employees when appropriate - Understand employee opinions and anticipate their needs and concerns - Review and benchmark the internal and external environment to improve the HR policies and initiatives - Identify and drive the communication and sharing of best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvement - Act as a liaison between the line and HR&Admin. to ensure that HR services are aligned with internal client needs - Identify new opportunities where HR can add value to the business - Manage specific projects as determined in the annual HR operational plan and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives - Creates, sustains and develops a partnership with Unions and Workforce WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU 职位要求: Qualification: -Bachelor degree; -6 years or above work experience in HR related functions, with 3 year in management role, experience in manufacturing environment is a must; -Familiar with local municipal and state labor regulations; -Good command of oral and written English; -Practical knowledge in common computer software, such as Windows, Words, Excel.
